24 HOUR CLAIM REPORTING

Please call our office as soon as possible if you have a claim to report. Our office hours are 8:30 A. M. to 4:45 P.M. Monday through Friday. Please call (978) 422-7709 to report any claim or occurrences that may lead to a claim. After normal hours, please contact the 24 hour claim reporting center for your insurance company. If you wish to file your claim with our office for review only, use our on-line personal automobile claim reporting form or our on-line homeowners claim reporting form. Your claim will be processed, and you will be contacted by our office on the next business day.

The two claim reporting forms, "PROPERTY DAMAGE/PROPERTY LOSS REPORT" and "MOTOR VEHICLE DAMAGE REPORT", can be opened, printed on your computer, completed, and then faxed to our office during weekends or nights for daily processing. Our fax number is (978) 422-8106. Please be sure to include your contact telephone numbers so we can contact you as soon as possible and assign a company adjuster to your claim. Be sure to fax a copy of any claim to our office so we can follow up and expedite the claim process.
